Tidewater Gutter Services was founded by its president and CEO, Emmit D. White.

h: A professional contractor for over 22 years, Mr. White had already established Tidewater Roofing in 1982 and was searching for products that would compliment his successful roofing business. As a critical extension to any roofing system, gutters were a natural choice.

The company's philosophy was and still is:" to provide unmatched products, service, and job satisfaction - in order to establish long term working relationships with each and every customer".

To that end, the Tidewater team began an extensive search for the ultimate gutter system. Our quest ended with K-Guard, a name brand that we are proud to represent.
